I would never drive after drinking but I occasionally go out with my friends and have a few beers. I live very close to a downtown area and always walk to the bar if I go. My assumption is they will test when I meet with my probation officer. Any idea if they give random tests? I am obviously done with Marijuana and have no problem submitting to drug tests but am I concerned they might just call me some night and ask me to submit random alcohol test. Also what if I have a few beers when I am at home, can they just show up and see that I have beer in my refrigerator? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

They force them to live in refugee camps, refuse to allow them citizenship in their own countries, refuse them jobs, healthcare the right to own property. Kuwait purged 100,000's. Then they say they hate Israel for the way they treat the Palestinians. Do you believe peace is ever possible under such strange reasoning?

...when a mexican-american calls themself mexican-american, people get so offended? except black people/african-americans are free to call themselves black or african-american.

is everything people have been saying about this wrong? because if what you all say is right, then a black person calling themselves black means that the color black comes before america or that they have some special alligance/loyalty to the color black.

2 years ago my housemate basically just disappeared, leaving behind his car and all his belongings (stereo, TV, personal effects etc). We managed to track him down - he had decided to move from Brisbane to Sydney to chase a girl.

We asked him to collect his stuff and he told us he would within a few months. As this was someone we had known for many years we trusted this.

Over the past 2 years we have repeatedly called him trying to get him to get rid of his stuff. We moved it all into our garage (his car was already in there and we are unable to move it as it has no gearbox and we don't have the keys). We always get the same answer "work is busy - I should be able to get up there in a month ir 2 though".

We are sick of this. We have to park our brand new car in the driveway and we want to move from this house soon. We want his stuff gone!!

We have asked the police and the local courthouse, neither of which have been able to answer how we get rid of it. Does anyone know?

It doesn't block the stairs or any doorways and it sticks out a maximum of 5-6 inches from the railing. My landlord is telling me that it is okay to have chairs, tables, tv's and barbeques, but not a bike. I live in Sacramento CA. and am having major trouble researching this online. Please Help.

I have been ranting about Hugo Chavez for a while on here. All about his election fraud, anti-americanism, anti-freedom, how he supports Iran, etc..

I have also discovered the guy is a major racist:

""'the descendants of those who crucified Christ' own the riches of the world" -- Chavez

So what do the chavez-supporters think of this?

They can quote by heart the statute that allows any child born to foreign parents US soil to be declared a US citizen, but choose to willfully defy our immigration laws, refuse to pay their fair share of taxes, and drive unregistered vehicles without a valid license or auto insurance. That's not even mentioning the theft of Social Security numbers and driver's license info.
The law is the LAW, its not a menu where you pick "one from column A and one from column B".
How can these hypocrites expect protection under a legal system that they openly mock, undermine, and abuse?
Okay, this is the part where you call me a racist(?!?), and remind me once again how the Anglos stole the land from the Native Americans, which makes it "rightfully yours". Yeah, the lower 48 was the heart of Aztec, Inca, and Mayan civilization, wasn't it? One more thing: If you insist on calling me an ignorant redneck cracker, please make sure you spell it right.

I find it odd that a president elected by the people of the United States would blatantly announce that he doesn't care what the people think. Does he think he has nothing to loose or what? What do you think the rationale is behind his statement? Take a look at this:
