They are actually not smoker's laws. They are statutes that are enforcable and will be different in each state and even parish or county. At present, all rights of smokers are moot, making way for cleaner air in the work place.

In Canada they are available in both Libraries
and Business Tax Revenue places and some City halls probably the same in the U.S.A

what do you meansmokers laws for business, if you're non smoker and wants to prevent your place from being abused by smokers you can print any materials you think is not offensive for the street dragons
