First contact the company and try to resolve the problem. If that doesn't work contact the better business bureau or contact your local legal aid foundation service, they can tell you what exactly to do. You can also go to the local library and look in their law books such as The Courts from the cradle to the grave survival guide, Know your Rights, or Nolo's Everyday law book.

File the case in court nearest your residence or in the court where the T-mobile is located. A corporate lawyer is good in dealing with giant corporation.

You should start by contacting the State Bar in the state where you live. Almost all State Bar's have a referal service and it is usually free.
