With all the immigration problems that we're having in the United States, I was wondering if the government still has the "green card" lottery. They used to raffle 5,000 green cards every year.

I'm not from the US, so sorry if my intrusion into your politics offends, but I just wanted to say that Al Gore is the only politician I've seen (from the US, UK, anywhere) who says exactly what I think, and have been thinking.

From his election campaign in 2000, to his criticism of Iraq policy before the war, to his comments on Springsteens website, to his latest film, pretty much everything I've seen him say/write has been in tune with the way I feel.

I've always hated politicians, but Al is the only exception I've seen. If you guys in the US don't want him to run in 2008, can we please import him over here to Britain, to take down Blair?

How do other feel about Al?

WV Workers Comp. denied paying me for time I was unable and off work. Said it was because I quit my job. I quit my job because my injury was caused as a direct result of my employers intentional actions. I strained my back upon avioding a box my employer threw at me when I asked him where it was, because I couldn't find it. He acted in an unprofessional and quite rude manner. At this time I was unable to file for unemployment because I was not able to work. When I was released for work I filed for unemployment again. I was able to prove to them that my employer was in part or in whole responsible for me leaving. Like the laws that protect us in unemployment from HAVING to put up with treatment like this, is there one to protect me from HAVING to put up with treatment like this in order to be eligable for my days I was unable to work due to his intetional mistreatment ??????????

Its porbably not ALL true but i watched the video of the "plane" crashing in the pentagon on the DoD website and quite frankly that tiny white thing that flies horizontally into the building is WAY but WAAAAY too small to be a 757...

and I dont even wanna talk about the WTC and pennsylvania crash... It really seems dodgy to me.

And now 5 years later... alot of people preffer to forget about it than to go back to the facts and see that some things really dont add up..

...Why does Canada exist? Shouldn't it be part of the USA? What has Canada ever done in history? Why are Canadians happy with a country with no pride and no achievements and no history and no importance when they could be Americans and part of the world's most important nation?
