Even if you hire Jeffery Fieger, the best you can expect is do jail time on week-ends, with all the rest I said.

You will probably have to listen to George Bush speeches non stop for the next 5 years. God, I wouldn't do that to anybody. Pot is a misdemeanor and so is driving without a license. Mostly all they are interested in is the money so there will be a fine and cost and maybe some jail time. Get a lawyer is the best advice and maybe he can bargain down one or both of the charges and that will help as far as the jail time.

Prior conviction will be a felony when you go to court. I don't think your going to have any driver license any time soon. Get a lawyer.
