I"ve moved away from that person. They were harassing me. Now they can't. What will happen if I don't show up to court?

You must show up. If you don't, the judge will not make the restraining order permanent, and the temporary will expire.

Furthermore, if you do show up and get a permanent restraining order, yet you spend any time with the person you are getting the restaining order against, the validity of the order would be in question, and probably be considered invalid.
