She has been gone for several weeks now. It was mutual until last weekend when she told a friend that she thought I was trying to harm her. A ridiculous notion. I immediately had my phone numbers changed so she can only contact me via email. I am in Texas so I was wondering if she could have the police come to my home to retrieve her belongings. I have no intention of keeping them, but I do not have all the time to search through the house right now. Most of her belongings have already been removed. I will send her belongings to her when I have time to go through the house. What should I do? Since she left is this considered abandoned property? Is there a time limit? Thanks!

If you are pro illegal, then you are cool with people getting paid slave wages doing back breaking work. To me, this is kinda sick. It is exploiting people. It is robbing people of their human rights. It is not very humanitarian. They are all for people that should do crap jobs and not strive for an education that would really lead to a better life. Jobs Americans wont do, call the uneducated hungry immigrants, they are desperate, they will do our jobs for cheap. Kinda sick to me.

My family is realtively new in America. My ancestors worked hard through WWII to start a new and legal life in America. Now we have people from another country living here at no cost to them, but at cost to the taxpayers. Why shouldn't we boot all of the illegal immigrants?

The group of conspiracy theorist that beleive the US government was behind 9/11 and made it happe. Are they extreme conservatives, extreme liberals, something else?

First of all I have read some of their material particularly in relation to the implosion of the buildings. They ignore the obvious which is very sad. The fuel of those planes (both headed for CA with lots of fuel) and explosions upon impact created enough heat to cause the cement and steel struction to collapse floor by floor. If they are too ignorant to see that they are beyond help. But I'm still curious are they radicals of one extreme or another - or something different?

When my son was an infant we had a dna test done, his dad wouldnt sign papers claiming paternity. We had to go to the child support office where they figured out what i would get being the custody was 50/50...anyway, a woman there said that we had to do custody 50/50 and to make our own schedule or they would make one for us...that was it, all that was said....? Is this how it usually goes?No judge,or court date.?Nothing in writing, and we didnt sign anything agreeing to anything. I read some where that when you make up a placement schedule that it has to be approved and signed by a judge. This did not happen, I dont even know if the woman wrote down the schedule we made up..? How is this legal? We live in the state of Wisconsin....please tell your story and give any info you have, every state has there own laws with child custody.I want to take my son to tx in feb. his dad agreed at first, now changed his mind..

Who would u pick and why?

I like them both but I'm a Democrat so I'd probably go with Hillary but if Condie wins then this would be the first time that a woman and a black person would be president. Either way, the USA will be more apt in the 21st century!

his public defender is saying that he most likely get 9-16 months and he has already served 6 and has yet to be arraigned. he has no prior record and the robbery was unarmed. he supposedly got away with 7 grand. i was just wondering how realistic is it for him to get 9-16 months considering this crime? it seems like too much of a lenient sentence for a crime like this. please answer if u have knowledge of this or your opinions are welcome

Is it time to break out the donkeys?

I heard this pipeline in Alaska is going to be shut down for months. Is America about the go on the "Bike or run your butt to work or pay $10 a gallon" diet?

I hear it works much better than the South Beach method.

Seriously, how expensive will gas get after this? This is really nuts, I want my dollar a gallon gas back!

if you don't vote, because you don't like either candidate, and you feel that only having two choices (in the most recent case, both of whom are RELATED TO EACH OTHER, AND WERE IN THE SKULL AND BONES SOCIETY TOGETHER) is an ineffective system that breeds tyranny- aren't you pretty much going to complain either way from the get-go?
