with the same number of children?
Two men could probably afford to pay more than one.

The individual man's income is taken into consideration along with the area where the woman lives with the children. For instance, my husband is friends with a man whose ex-wife lives in Beverly Hills, Calfornia with their 2 children. He has to pay child support on both of them and it's something in excess of $900 per month, it is so expensive mostly because she lives in Beverly Hills and the cost of living there is higher then most places. A guy that I know whose ex lives in a little town in kentucky only pays $220 a month for one child and his salary is almost the same as the guy who pays $900 to his ex in Beverly Hills. So many times they go by where the children and ex are living at the time she applies for child support. The basic child support laws or guidelines vary greatly from state to state. Here is a Child Support Guidelines chart with each state on it......

Some states require that you help pay for college in addition to child support and also some require that if your place of employment offers health insurance then you HAVE to put your child on the health insurance plan whether you like it or not.

Don't really know.
This is probably the first reason why I've proposed a "Child Support Mothers" list, for any CP who receives income from more than one NCP. The first one, okay, anybody can have a bad relationship, but two? At this point, NCPs should probably be warned about this woman. Now, I'm not saying they need a scarlet A, but come on.

The court goes by the persons income it's computed by their salary, other former child support to other children if any before yours.

So yes, one child support order can differ one from the other the other mitigating factor is the childrens ages the support changes.

I believe the custodial parent would be awared child support from each father. The support for each child would likely be equal to 17% of each ex's gross wages. Gross means the amount he earns before taxes.

Why that would be an incentive to get 7 or 8 additional ex-husbands. Go for it and give us periodic postings.
