I mean in our area of Texas, the police are determined to remove people from the streets. Its almost dangerous to go outside after dark..........

I've noticed an increased police presence in my city. I'm glad. I don't know. Makes the place seem safer.

Not in California. Texas seems to be more of a police state.

We have a pretty hard nosed force here. We have a pretty big crack problem and a lot of property crime. They have seem to have gotten most of it under control. The force is no bigger than it has been.
