Since May, 1948, Israel has survived several surprise attacks by almost all of her Moslem neighbors and yet she survives until this day. She won the 6-Day War and several others, all defensive wars. She signs peace agreements and the other partners give nothing in return, and she is condemned for genocide and crimes against humanity for occupying "Palestine". Are the Jews and the Christian Right correct when they say that their God is protecting the nation of Israel? Or is Allah waiting to take Jerusalem from them and all of Palestine? All of the world is watching and I must remain neutral.

What does everyone think of George W Bush and the war in Iraq?

I live within Australia but am watching mr bush with intrest, it looks to me that the war was the wrong thing to do, I mean where are the WMD's? none there, Wheres the govt? existant but only just, Wheres the terrorists? everywhere within the place and I feel that america is causing some of the problems in the world atm.

So my question is what does everyone think of bush's decision to goto war in the 1st place? why did the rest of world follow him? cause thats what PM's Howard and Blair did and How long do you think it'll be until the americans are forced out of Iraq by the Iraqies and will they comply if asked to get out? Personally I think not but what do you all think about it?
esspecially americans.

What point, exactly, are we arguing in this immigration debate? The pro-illegal arguement keeps changing.?

Is the arguement that the US has no right to set/enforce domestic policy like immigration? Is the arguement that Americans are racist for opposing illegal immigration? Is the point that the US "stole" the American Southwest from Mexico? Is the point all Americans are somehow all immigrants and "stole" the land from the "Native" American peoples and really have no right to their country? Is the arguement that illegal immigrants are only doing jobs American won't do any longer? Is the arguement that illegal immigrants provide more economic benefit to society than having a negative economic impact? Is the arguement that conditions are much worse in the places where the illegal immigrants come from and the US has a (moral) responsibility to take them all in? Or, is there some other point I'm missing that those favoring/supporting illegal immigration are making? It just seems the basis of the arguement for those favoring/supporting illegal immigration keeps changing.

that they actually enjoy seeing conflict and problems in the Middle East?
I think there are a lot of Bush haters that are that extreme - although they would never admit it.

I'm not the biggest Bush fan in the world, but people who oppose him so much they actually wish bad will on America and/or the Middle East are the real problem with out country
