Rephrase the question to: Should a terrorist organization be able to terrorize an entire country - and the world, for that matter? If there is a better way to fight terrorists than to confront them head on in their base of operation - please tell us. In the mean time, I strongly suspect governments that don't have the power or the will to root out terrorists in their own country are in a very dangerous position, as are the people living in that country.

You are all frickin' liberal *******. Israel is defending itself; it isn't "terrorizing" anybody. They try to avoid civilian deaths, but that's kind of hard when the enemy hides behind the civilians and stores their munitions in civilian areas. Of course, the media failed to mention that on the same day that Israel bombed that building and killed some civilians, Hezbollah launched 150 rockets into Israel, and no doubt killed some civilians. But THAT is okay, because they're Jews, or whatever bull, right? As far as we go, have any of you actually looked up what we've done in Iraq? The only thing they show on the news is suicide bombings and screwed up soldiers. They don't say anything about schools, hospitals, and such that are opened. Nor do they mention that more Iraqis have electricity, etc. now and women have more rights than they previously did. They also now have a democratically elected government; it may not work very well, but it's better than Saddam.

Better question would be, would you allow terrorist to take over a country that doesn't have the military to fight them off? Hezbollah has embedded itself into the fiber of Lebanon, someone has to root them out, at least Israel has what it takes to try! The United States is certainly within our rights to do what we are doing to fight terrorism also.

Should a government protect its citizens and defend them? Yes! Should Hezbollah be wiped out? Yes! Why are Lebanese lives more valuable to you than Jewish ones? Is it because they're Jewish?

I'm going to keep this reply simple so you can understand it. You are a clueless idiot! We aren't the enemy. That would be those who rammed two jets into the world trade center. They are what you call extremists fascists that want you and your family dead! Send them roses why don't you?
