I left my hose running and the whole hillside slid down. Took most of the pool and out-door bbq with it. Thank God the maids house was left intact. I know it was my fault, living on a slide prone hillside and all, but what do think my chances with FEMA are? Do you you think they will put me up on a cruise ship? I could not live in one of those trailers. They still have money to throw my, right?

Can someone tell me what power, if any, I may have in this situation? My divorce decree states that my ex is responsible for 50 % of all non-student debt on our credit reports. I live in WI, a marital property state. He scampered away to Texas. Unfortunately, HE is responsible for 100%+ of the credit mess...I am being harassed by collectors because they, like me, can't reach him. What are my rights? Can I use this statement in the divorce in anyway way to my advantage when negotiating with debtors?

In a shouting match the winner is usually the one who can shout the loudest. In a military action is the winner the one who shouts the loudest ? With more troops on there way over to the Middle East are just sending back the troops we'd sent home ? Are we back to ground zero again ? Try and stay one point. The question is have we made progess in the Middle East or is this a set back ?

Immigrants, in general, or rather, Mexicans, because that is what we are talking about here, have an astonishing work ethic, tremendous respect for the United States, a deeply vested interest in the common good and are historically absorbed after the first generation.
It is very, very difficult to work without papers at any meaningful level above the lowest paying jobs. Undocumented immigrants are not trying to sell you insurance, sell you a house, operate on your kidneys or do your taxes. This economy needs immigrants to do the jobs Americans refuse to do. It is an idiotic argument that shows a huge disconnect in how Americans receive the goods and services they have come to depend on, and the source of labor that supplies it, i.e. iceberg lettuce for 80 cents a head or dinner in a nice restaurant for less than $100.
The Social Security Administration has accrued billions of dollars of collected payments from undocumented workers over the years, knowing full well that they will never have to pay this money out. Do you think they do not know this?
The reason this 'block the border' argument is "racist" is beacuse there has been virtually no effort to secure our border with Canada, the 9-11 terrorists entered this country legally and most Americans continue to refuse to absorb immigrants who do not look or sound like themselves.

You know is not really their illegal status that bothers you, it's just the color of their skin. You and I know that's the truth. why not get mad about all the white-skinned or for example irish or so forth..what bothers you racist xenophobics is the color of the skin. Your "patriotic-yelling" is just a fake to cover up your lack of love and acceptance to the latin community. Look how ignorant you racist "folks" are that you actually beleive that if anyone speaks spanish and is tanned , they must be mexican...Oh c'mon now. Learn then talk..thank you.
By the way, don't hate to see them riding brand new trucks and living in beautiful homes and having their own restaurant bussiness where your big or little butts sit down and enjoy the delicious food.
You have to recognize,,by the way: Dis you know that anglo-saxons are the best customers for the latin-restaurant bussineses....just a lil' data 4 y'all....
