there was a case management hearing and plaintiff or attorney did not show .The judge hearing the case marked the court orders this case (x)set for (x)OSC RE: FAILURE TO (x) SERVE (x)Appear and there are no dates for further hearings ,how long does plaintiff and attorney have to respond to court order

Im pretty sure every President in the last 70 years have been married. Does a president need to have a wife to be president, so there can be a first lady? What if Hilary Clinton ran for president and won, would Bill be the first man?

Terrorists cannot be negotiated with. They do not operate that way. They will prey on a country that gives in to them or is weak until the country has no options left but war or surrender. We cannot leave Iraq until the job is done and the fact that we as an American people aren't in agreement on this is only fueling the terrorists drive to attack and cause violence. We as a people need to unite behind and support our leaders of all political parties and squash these cowards once and for all. Until we are united in this effort, we will never defeat evil. These terrorists we are fighting are evil to the extreme. They would not hesitate to kill every last one of us if they were given the chance, don't forget that people. I say we need to fight them abroad instead of at home. 9/11 showed us their resolve in fighting us. We must continue the fight against terrorists wherever they are and right now they are in Iraq. Does anyone agree with me? Feel free to criticize me as well.

Suppose the U.S. passed a law that forbid the importation of any goods produced by foreigners working in conditions that do not meet American standards of fairness. Furthermore, it would forbid aid to any regime which does not actively work towards improving working conditions to meet American standards.

Would this effort to fight sweatshop labor be an imposition of American cultural and economic values on others, constituting a form of imperialism? Would you fight this form of imperialism, or would you accept it as "benign" imperialism...a sort of new form of the "white man's burden"?

We universally (or bilaterally, should I say) boycott chimp's questions, thereby denying him the satisfaction and he can go back to his nintendo.

You fog headed liberals who spew misguided opinions blaming the United States of America for causing terrorism might want to reconsider your twisted view. When you do manage to defeat those who stand up to protect free societies and cause the Islamic extremists to destroy our way of life, it is their way of life and laws that you will live under. If you really think America is the evil side, the wrong side, go live in Iran for a while, or perhaps Syria. I know that no other country has a more comprehensive alliance with Israel than the United States/Britain but I was wondering if there is any other nation that has traditionally stood by Israel.



This is not yet another opportunity to condemn Israel. I have no special love for Isreal either though if you could stick to answering my question it would be much appreciated.
