I'm always amazed that liberals, who never wish to speak of God and would prefer He was totally abolished from any aspect of government, are so infatuated with this neocon/christian thing. I've seen this question posted in one form or another 5 times a day for weeks.
But in answer to your question, I'd be busted.

no .You would first need to prove GOD spoke to anyone let alone you .ONLY a statement of fact can be admitted at your
prosicution and since there exists no fact that now or in the past any GOD has existed it would be hard to arrest anyone for being a christian .
NOW how many christians would be willing to die for there belief.
THATS a real question and as the day approached the little fish on cars would go crosses would be gone dash board jesus in the trash all photos and bibles gone churches empty and people claiming the have no clue what you were talking about if you mentioned GOD to them .WHATS GOD or who did you say---- jesus never heard of him .
that is what all of the so called believers would do .I got to respect a man who's faith is so strong he is willing to strap a bomb to his a$$ and attack women and children with no fear of going to hell .thats loyalty on a level you will not find in america .
IF every soldier in Iraq WAS offered the chance to come home with all the guys in his unite and everyone else came back in 24 hours they would all leave .
the only reason they stay is to protect there buddy and guys in there unit .thats loyalty you do not find here in america it is only found on the battle field.
this i also admire .
WHAT i do not like is the able bodied young men in america of the families that make weapons and say they support bush but encourage there kids not to join the military .WE had hundreds of kids joining the military and right after 9-11 enlist ment went way up and now you can hear a pin drop in a recruiting office cause everyone is out tracking down people to sign up .THEY increased the age to 42 and still not enough .
I am for peace and everyone knows this i was against dessert storm against grenada against every troop deployment out side the united states since i was old enough to remember .I alwys played the Indian WHEN PLAYING cowboy and indian.CAP guns never hurt anyone but spears did and i learned the hard way that it was not a good idea to through spears at people .SO after that incident kick the can was it .and then football baseball and soccer.started playing golf at 12 and enjoyed surfing when i was 15 all in all i have stayed active all my life and till this day the thought of killing someone is just beyond my comprehention .THERE is nothing to people can not work out if they sit down to solve a problem and not just get there own way .
I understand the value of a group effort and also the single effort and concentration needed to win .I also know what can and can not be done .CHANGING a people who believe as the Islamic faith teaches and its extremely conservative view of the world is not going to change over night cause you want it to or cause you believe it is wrong .IF you believe in jesus and some one told you he was just a myth created to scare you or whatever then you would tell them to go fly a kite .but if someone pointed a gun at you would you still defend him .ISLANICS will die for there GOD and belief's.

There sure would be enough evidence. My home is full of crosses, pictures of christ, bibles. If I got arrested for being a christian I would set behind bars with a smile on my face, and be proud to be there.
And by the way, Bush is far from being hitler. Sure hope your not an American

A Neocon would try to play the Christian card, but couldn't answer any questions about it. They would let them go every time for preaching Capitalism as the word of Jesus Christ.

No, but if I would live in a place where being a Christian was a crime, I'm pretty sure they'd find other grounds to convict me on.

Yes, I think there would.
And I don't believe that "most neocons" are "fake Christians". Maybe some are, but not MOST.
