Well I know your point and chances are good you and I will never agree on much. I do not doubt the truth that they are using this, as does our own military also and we have in the Iraq war. The fact you call them "crimes" is a misnomer, especially considering the fact that you even recognize this is not part of any ban that the US or Israel has ever signed.

WP is an incendiary agent and not quite a chemical weapon. But this is truly beside the point. It is probably true that Isreal is using them, however untrue that they are criminals for doing so nor are they using them on Lebonese civilians. This is an out and out lie! Do you think for one second that Kofi Annan wouldn't have shut Israel down in a heart beat if he had found that his UN soldiers -- whose bodies have already been recovered -- that they had been killed by chemical or biological weapons?

Don't you think that the Red Cross and other humanitarian agencies that are already there on the ground wouldn't be screaming at the tops of their lungs if they were finding scores of bodies -- Hezbollah militants included -- that had been killed by such weapons?
