Yes, that was the victory we won a couple months ago where the Supreme Court ruled even though the guy was here 25 years with roots and a family he still had to be deported, laying the legal decision for much more to come.

I think it's wonderful.

Sadly, yes. Worse: a child born in the U.S. (thus a citizen) can have BOTH parents deported under worst case scenario.

yes they can, You must have come in on the K1 visa. Now your married you have to start your permanent residency paper work. You can be deported at any time even if your a LPR.
