never smoked out of the pipe yet, i am not bringing back weed and there is no traces of weed in the pipes.

Yes, it is only a pipe. It only becomes paraphernalia when it has the resin from smoking in it. Don't listen to these people, it is perfectly legal.

Most states have paraphranalia laws. And Tommy Chong just spent 9 months for selling bongs over the internet. I wouldn't risk it. Cannabis Culture magazine or High Times magazine is a better site to ask these sort of questions too. You will likely find someone with experience in these matters there.

You will be fine because its new it's not "paraphernalia" yet.
That's why it is legal to sell them in head shops.
the weed is illegal- not the pipe(until u use it and it has resin).

It is considered drug paraphernalia. Cheech (of cheech and chong)went to a year in jail for selling glass pipes across state lines. (hows that for f'ed up laws?)

yes, that is allowed. i brought back a few bowls from amsterdam once. as long as there is no THC in the bowl, you are good to go.
