When I canter my horse in a trail string she always wants to be in the lead and passes the other horses to do this. she is very fast and strong and I can't keep her behind the others. What can I do to slow her down and stay behind everybody?

I have been trying to sell my horse for 3 years. I have tried horsetopia.com, craigslists.com and livedeal.com and none of them worked. If you want to buy her, please live in the northern CA area!

I just got our school hedgehog for the summer and they have been feeding him wet cat food, but I was wondering if there are other foods hedgehogs like. So far I've been giving him carrots, blueberries, and strawberries(all chopped up of course) and he seems to like those. Any suggestions?

I'm living in an Apartment and I don't like smelly, dangerous, loud or messy animals. I'm wondering what kind of pet i should research to make my whole family happy and me responsible.

I have read quite a bit after googling BUT I was curious if any of you would have any pointers that would help.

It is very domesticated....it was brought to the shelter by a VERY sad soldier who was deploying. It has a little pink collar, a beautiful cage, toys......so I would imagine it was loved very much. It also seems to have quite a funny little personality. Any GOOD tips that will make this even more enjoyable for us?

I see them listed for sale in our classified ads as "hand-fed sugar gliders". There is never a price listed.

I'm tired of asking my vet to come out and take care of them. My horse ran through barbwire this morning and has a few cuts. Is there anyway to treat them without a vet?

If a monkey was dirty and it smelt, how would you wash it? It would object and struggle against your efforts and might even get frightened and violent.

I know this person who has rats ( I love them think they are greaat have 1 myself,) He has already had female that died, form bleeding vaginally--Now his new female rat is bleeding vaginally.
It really is not that much blood, but what could cause this??? I need to know if it could be abuse...Not that not taking them to the vet isn't abuse--but he is my neighbor, and, helps me alot. but could it be coincidence just from being pregnant?? Now hes talking about getting more!!!! Hes obsessed w/ having baby rats--has 4 already.

Should I call Animal Protective Services?? And if I do is it anonymous??
