Try Furazone or Furral. They are pretty good.Just go to your local feed store or TSC and look around in the horse care Aisle. There are many products out on the market.Betadine is very good, but it does tend to sting. Also try peroxide.

We always had good luck using hydro or water therapy! Use your hose w/ a spray attachment if your horse will tolerate that and twice a day if u can, let the water run w/ some force in and around the injured area. This stimulates blood flow and keeps the wound clean. Also, we used iodine shampoo to clean the cut areas and if you can't find it, I know we made it using ivory shampoo and betadine. After you finish, let the wound dry a little and put antibiotic salve such as NFZ! I know w/ my experience, this method seem to work really well on many different injury types.

There's several commercial products available depending on the severity of the injury. Antibiotic type ointments as suggested and one it's begun healing an aloe based vet cream.

NFZ (nitrofurazone) is a cream that works great. its only a few bucks at any feed store. it keeps the flies off of it and prevents proudflesh and infection. ive used it on some pretty massive cuts and they have healed with little or no scaring.

If they do not require medical vet attention, you could try ordinary antibiotic ointment. Or you could try to get you horse not to try to jump any more fences.

Bag Balm works well. Many tack shops carry it, as do pet stores and even Wal-Mart type places.
