He is a 11 year old Shi Shuz,he already take 2 shots a month for allergies now for the past few months he has started snoring and it just keeps getting worse.please help

how do they make color? he is so cute, he said is it from the earth? i said yes i think so. but anyway if anyone knows exactly how they make the color for crayons etc.... let me know. thanks. and please dont disrespect, he is only 5

he is eating fine playing as usual, but the gagging and coughing after drinking water is bothering me, what could it be? I'll call the vet tomorrow to have his throat checked, he's a 9lb maltipoo.

I got them for my leopard gecko, but they're noisy as hell and I want to make the switch to mealworms. The thing is, crickets give me the heebee geebies and I need to find a way of removing them without actually touching them.

I bought cat food and cat treats back in July and Augst from this mom and pop store. They were sick around the time I was feeding the food and treats to them; throwing up and gagging alot. Staining my carpet and such. I took them to the vet and the vet could not figure out what was wrong with them. He figured maybe hairballs.
I paid enormous vet bills to figure out what was wrong with my kittens because my fiancee was worried. The Pounce treats say Best if used by Augst 05 2003!!!!!! I bought friskies from them as well but they ate it all and I threw it away, lord knows what date that said. They had no choice but to eat this old stuff as I didn't know it was old and that was all I was feeding them, such friggin torture!!! I want to go and consult with a lawyer. This is riduculous. Any suggestions?

Hi there,

Im gone from my flat to visit back home, in the mean time a very capable girl has been looking after my pet Tao daily.

I had wood chips in the bottom of her vivarium and she recently changed it to peat. The details are a bit sketchy as i never asked much but basically she seems to be digging or burrowing holes in the dirt.

I dont really understand much but my friend told me some chameleons have known to die. Something about not laying eggs or something?

I dont want her to die :o(

My dog has had ear problems in the past and we have taken her to the vets when she has scratched it and made it bleed. The vets said that it wasnt ear mite and that if i was my other dog would have it too.

My other dog hasnt got anything wrong with his ears but now she has scratched her ear so much it is really red and bleeding in parts. Little bumps have come up round the ear and she is walking lob-sided because her balance is being affected.

What do you think it is and is there anything we can do to help it until we can get to the vets tomorrow or at least book an appointment tomorrow?

Help

1. Bought 100L aquarium. Included - water pump, air pump + bag of small, hard, greyish 'stuff' and two "sponges" + water heater + 20ml Aquavital "conditioner", "stress remover", packets of Aquavital "nitrigon 1" and "nitrigon 2" + testing sticks !

2. Nightmare starts now.
a. Installed water pump, heater, air pump, two sponges with 'bacteria' (??) greyish stuff between.
b. Added Aquavital "nitrigon 1" packet under sponge 1 right ON the greyish "stuff"."
c. Added Aquavital "conditioner" to water.
d. Tested water after 24 hours - color shows it is very "HARD".

3. MORE
a.) For two days it is "working" with NO FISH.
b.) There's some white "dust" at the bottom of the tank. Not much and NO idea where it came from.
c.) Water is warm and crystal clear. Never got "green".
d.) Still shows "hard"

Can I add fish ? What the "heck" do I do about water "hardness" ? What fish SHOULD I put in the tank ? I don't even know WHAT I am waiting "for" :)
