It depends on the show you go to. If it is a three-day event type show then probably not you may have to do all three, but I do know of places that have only cross country shows and events.

Be more precise! Do you mean a local show or the olympics? Olympics, big events no, but there might be a local show with cross country only.
PS. Why don't you want to do the other 2? I LOVE dressage and jmping!!

If you mean Olympic i don't believe you can. But there might be little shows or clinic that have show at the end of them you could do.
But you know I have seen thinks on TV where they only judge cross country. But I might not have seen the end or something like that, so I don't know..

Have you considered foxhunting? Endurance riding? These both offer a cross country type of ride without the pressure of the show ring.

it depands on your horse. some are better in cross country and some are not. you have to look and see whats best for your horse
