Don't be so silly you can't mix fresh water fish with salt water fish.
Better if you bought a decent book on the subject first.

Coming from a long time puffer owner. Keep them solo. snails, and suckerfish is all any puffer wants to tolerate. It needs to know that it is the king of the tank to get the best personality out of your fish.

I think the puffers would nip the fins of the platys, however, if the tank is large enough with some plants or rockwork for hiding it could work out OK. Good luck,PeeTee

frshwater/brackish puffers are more on the aggressive side. They would actually eat feeder fish if the feeders are small enough. I have actually seen feeder platys before so in my opinion, it would NOT be a good idea to mix the two. I used to work at a pet store and we would feed the small puffers feeder guppies. The puffer would chaseyour platys around and nip at them. sorry. puffers are cool fish.

No! If the puffers weren't aggressive, you could, but they will shred the platies apart.
