If not been get him vet checked. Is his gums nice and pink? White gums mean sick or wormy. Is his poo normal? Like one other said check to se if he is dehydrated. If not let him be for a little bit. Has his food ben changed? If so this could be the problem.

It could be hypoglycemia - give the puppy some sugar water on a spoon. Use sugar or karo syrup if you have it. Mix 1 Tablespoon of sugar to 2 ounces of warm water - let sugar dissolve, then see if pup will drink - it not, spoon some into his mouth. This should work in 20-30 minutes. It can be caused by stress and usually young puppies (small) can get lethargic very easy. Good luck - Try some sugar water ASAP

Has he still not eaten today? Making it 2 days of not eating?
If this continues, he will definitely need to go to the vet tomm.
In the meantime, try browning some ground beef then boil/rinse the fat off. Mix the cooked ground beef with cooked white rice. See if he can/will eat this. It is easier for them to digest on a sensitive belly & contains both protein & water for his depleted energy.
Is he drinking water? Pinch the fur on the back of his neck & let go. If it stays pinched upwards, he is showing signs of dehydration & is very sick.
Good Luck!

HI
It is quite normal for a puppy to sleep a lot they are still babies. Just make sure he is eating and drinking normally if not put a little karo syrup or something sweet on your finger and put it in their mouth. Puppies sometimes suffer from hypoglocemia and can die. Also make sure there is no bloody diarrhea if there is take him to an emergency vet immediately. Hope this helps.

Thats fine if he don't eat 1 night because he just might not be hungry. But what you should do is monatior it to make sure he eat within a week. If he doesn't then call your vet and ask them form there.

He may just be tired from all the excitement of his new surroundings. Puppies do sleep alot. the reason he may have not been eating was just that, he was tired. I wouldn't make it a big concern unless he goes for a day or two without eating anything.

That is so weird my new kitten did the exact same thing yesterday! But he is just fine today and up and playing with his toys. Just keep an eye on him and remember he is a baby. They sleep a lot and if you have had a lot going on like we have here then he might just need time to recuperate like us humans.

now, its perfectly normal for a puppy to sleep a lot!
my puppy did most of the time when she was 2 months for about a month or so...
I wouldn't worry about the sleeping thing but I would just let your puppy sleep with you in your bed so he doesn't feel as scared.
then when the vet is open take him in. try let your puppy drink a lot of water.
