i mean why the ***** does this kind of sh.it even make the news. i could understand if they kept that kind of "news" on the entertainment news shows. But when it spills out onto shows that actually cover real news it just pisses me off. i mean who really gives a flying *****. And if the media knows that we could care less about this bullshit why do they still air it? does anyone else agree with me or do you totally disagree?

So, the TdF leader has just been removed from the tour, even though he has been clean since it's beginning. I understand his team has a zero tolerance policy, and he had been blood doping before the Tour and possibly fabricated a story about being in Mexico when he was spotted in Italy.. Either way, it was his teams decision and I believe it was the right one. How do you feel about his removal from the tour after watching his recent performances while he was clean?

I know I will probably get blasted out of the cyber waters for this question, but what do you consider to be contributing factors in obesity?
In my maternal lineage, all the women seem to be very skinny from childhood to mid-twenties. Then something happens where they gain weight and cannot get it off. I know one person in our family died due to complications of obesity. She tried to lose, but could not, so it was not laziness.
I recently found results obtained by a study in Denmark of adopted children. The child's weight, adopted parents' weight and birth parents' weight were recorded for a different study over years. To be brief, the obese children had obese birth parents. The adoption program and the adoptive parents were both very pro-healthy lifestyle, so the only direct link for weight-gain was genetic.
Has anyone else read this? Do you know of any other studies? I know, many questions but I am....TC

I'm a disabled vet and I was discharged in '97 and can completely relate to the stories of long wait times and so so service. When I would make an appointment for say 8am, it would be normal to wait 2 or more hours to be seen by the doctors. Eventually i just said screw it and got health insurance on my own and it's worth it.

A lot of comments have been made by areas hit by floods, from caring to indifference.

Yahoo News has reported that London might be hit by a flood in the next 2 weeks. Do you think London can cope if it is hit by a major flood disaster and be immediate in its response?

In terms of damage this is probably the worst disaster to have hit this country since the last war and yet as far as I know the government's only financial committment has been to promise to spend £14m on disaster relief which, no pun intended, is a drop in the ocean.
This disaster is going to take billions of pounds in order to restore some normality to the lives, property and businesses of those affected.

Now look people is it true what I have just heard that Feed the Children is a scam to line their own pockets.

85% go to their expenses,If they would stop doing all those commercials,Jet Plane trips,Limo Services the children would be fed.

So you send them 10.00 and they go buy a Banana for the child and they go buy a good steak.

Does this make any sense, don't they need a reform..
Vote for ME and I'll change the way they use this MoNeY..
