If hindsight was foresight.......

The McCanns were on holiday with a large group of friends, they felt 'safe' in a child friendly complex. What happened was a terrible tradegy, but no parent can watch their children 100% of the time.

I would never leave a child alone in a Hotel room in a foreign country, but, I have spoken to many of my friends and colleages about this subject, and about 50% of people said that they had or would have, left their children in a similar situation, before what happened to Maddie.

The person or people responsible for the abduction, had probably been planning the attack for months, they had picked out the apartment, and how to get the child out, all they were waiting for was the perfect little girl to come along. Who's to say that if they had of employed a babysitter the same thing wouldn't of happened?
If they had hired a babysitter, and the child had still been abducted, that would just be another person's life ruined.

In an ideal world we would never have to worry about these awful things that could happen to our children, but the world we live in is far from ideal.

What kind of stupid question is this? You are just feasting off the torment of heartbroken parents who will possibly carry the weight of regret, guilt and pain for the rest of their lives. Get a life and leave these poor poor people alone. And one day when you grow up and become a parent yourself, you might then realise that children cannot be guarded 24/7 - even in your own home. And if you are already a parent, shame on you. Put the shoe on the other foot and stop being self righteous and judging these people.

Yeah its a great idea for a parent to endanger the lives of their innocent, defenseless, children for their own greedy self gratification! Then to continue with the greedy self gratification by raising money that they spend on themselves and their extended (if not permanent) holiday! Get real and stop posting silly questions!

Maddie will in all probability be observed by no skill understanding any diverse to whoever snatched her, and while she's older she wont even comprehend that she is the lacking Madeline Mccann. on the top of the day her mothers and dads ought to by no skill have left their babies on my own. You wouldnt pass away them on my own on your person us of a by no skill techniques a diverse one. Its sheer irresponsibility, and that i became horrified to take heed to that the two mothers and dads are medical doctors!!!! this is merely stunning. besides, they're nonetheless her mothers and dads, they're going to nonetheless seek for something of their lives for her, yet she's with out postpone merely growing to be to be a statistic, and fading into the background merely like all different lacking newborn before her in her concern. the clicking will pass away the mccanns on my own in a pair of months as new information pushes even the main important information thoughts out. Then they're going to omit the media interest with the familiar public eye on Maddie and reminders of the little lady lost.

He and his wife should have sprung for a sitter, like the rest of us parents do when we need some "alone" time.

These two are a couple of idiots.
