Guilty

Guilty. The Feds don't play around like the local or state police. They wouldn't bring this much attention to a case if they didn't think they really had something. Plus after he is done with the Feds, Surry County (where it occured) will then bring their own charges against him. They are waiting for the Feds to complete their actions first.

But the public shouldn't be down on him until he is proven guilty. Opinion shouldn't be construed as fact like it normally is.

Not sure yet, but no direct evidence has linked him to the home. Evidently, some witnesses have said they saw him at various dogfights, but that's not the crime here. He owns the property, that much is true, but how involved was he in the running of it? He said he let relatives use it, is that an excuse or is he already setting up a scapegoat? He's got a lot to lose if it's true, money and a career. I'll tell you one thing, he's gonna be able to afford the best lawyers to defend him. If he ends up guilty, then he should pay the penalty.

Not to say, the brother is very cocky, and no matter what tree you climb, you either have to climb back down or fall out of it. Vick is going to fall out of the tree, his fate in all was sealed with the herpes incident and this just goes further to show he has no regard for others, animal or man. You do have to pay the piper. I hope he hasn't burnt all of his bridges because he is going to need something to go back to and if the bridge ain't there, he can't go back. Oh, I think he is guilty, lets just look at his past record, it does speak for itself. God Bless.

I think at this point in time , he is innocent. The fact he is charged with such a deplorable crime means many have already pre-judged him and while it is hard to have any sympathy for Vick, I , for one, will hold off until after all the evidence is presented before condemning the man. The crime is nasty and has no place in a "civilized" society.

I really believe he is guilty. There is reported to be alot of witnesses and evidence against him. It is very sad because he is such a huge star here and a lot of kids idol him.

I'm waiting to see how this plays out in court. I hope he is NOT guilty. I would hate these rumors to be true. He's a great QB and I'd like to see him continue to play in the NFL. I believe if he gets off, he will continue to play in the NFL.

As an animal rights activist, I ask readers to please consider that the slaughtering of animals for food is equally as horrible as this dog fighting, dog racing (many greyhound dogs are killed once their racing careers are over) and culling animals to control their population. Why condemn Vick when slaughtering animals is just as cruel as dog fighting.
