I have a friend going to one and she was all excited and it sounded like a fun thing for the outdoors-y fun person she is... but the more I read about them the more I'm wondering what she didn't tell me. Are they for kids with problems? Did she say she's going to a "wilderness camp" for three months when really it's a bott camp for kids with problems?

So this little girl was beaten to death by her mother, not only that but she was forced to eat jalapeno peppers and drink toilet water among other things. If this was going on for so long why didn't DCFS stop it?? This was just horrible!

Many people were forced to store their belongings in PODS (Portable On Demand Storage) units after the hurricanes of 2004,2005, and 2006. My family included.
We finally are ready to move back into our home in Florida and now have discovered that over half of our belongings were destroyed by water droplets while in the PODS! I can't believe that we are the only ones who were effected this way.
Would liike to hear from anyone out there who had similar problems with PODS. Please help.

Prices went up plenty fast the past two weeks.

Are you gonna let your kids borrow the car to go cruising or are you gonna make them take the bus or walk?

a local market trader for over 30 years in my home town, was invited to his nephews wedding back in india. he did not go, but sent his wife to the celebration.
as an after thought, he decided to go but not tell the family he was arriving so as to surprise them.
on his way from the airport in india, his taxi was involved in a crash and he was killed.
he was so well known and this news has stunned our town,
was that his destiny or should he have stayed in northern ireland. would he still be alive ?

one day I heard on the radio that a girl was kidnapped and raped somewhere in germany or austria (or maybe somewhere else). she was raped maybe more than 100 times and she was kidnapped for a month or more, maybe two, three months.
anybody knows anything about this? any articles?
