Better yet fill the condom with some kind of juice then peel off the condom after it freezes then you will have a nice Popsicle for some one to suck on.... Am I invited over lol??

uh yeah just like if you filled up a balloon and froze it it would freeze a cup full of water would freeze anything with water in it would freeze in the freezer.

The water will but the rubber will stay boingy.Youwill end up with a big round baloon like giant ice cube with a flat bottom though.won't be much of a popsicle!

nope, if the condom has a hole (puncture) in it. catch you!
PS. otherwise why would you waste a condom for such an experiment.
whatever you have in mind -- hope you will not re-use the said condom for the original purpose it was designed.

It would but I doubt that it would retain the shape you are thinking of, it would go flat like any balloon.
