Well it's sort of like hockey.Only the stick has a net at the end.It's played on grass (artificial)and has 10 players(men)Women have 12 players

Lacrosse is a team sport that has 6-12 players depending on who is playing and if it is outdoor or indoor. The players use a netted stick to catch a hard ball. The goal is to get the ball into the goal box. In a way it is like soccor, except the ball is being thrown, not kicked.
