So this little girl was beaten to death by her mother, not only that but she was forced to eat jalapeno peppers and drink toilet water among other things. If this was going on for so long why didn't DCFS stop it?? This was just horrible!

It is so disgusting to treat someone that way especially a child who is dependent of you!! Unfortunately this is just one of the cases the public hear about. Things like this go on and nothing gets done. People don't want to be involved, fear of repercussion , I guess. Its up to you to be the advocate for a child in need. Tell whoever you can until someone listens. Be a voice and get help for those you can not!

The DCFS is over worked and under staffed. When was the last time you helped someone in need? People don't care or get involved. her mother might be schizophrenic.Someone heard or saw something. No one cared. We should blame ourselves.

It doesn't look like it ever got reported. DCFS can't stop something if they don't know it's happening. I want to know why Dad hasn't been charged for letting this go on for years.

It may have never been reported. Or if it was, the case workers have soooo much to do that they didn't get to her in time. It sucks but it happens..I just hope that ther mother has to remember it everyday and suffers her fate.

I'd like to meet this mom in my basement with some power tools. She could have dropped that baby off at my house and any number of people anywhere would have cared for it.
