Islam is not on TV everyday.....Only the peverters of the Religion seem to make the news. Islam in its teachings is peaceful. Until the true Muslims can control their radical sub-cultures there will be destruction and death in the regions. There is nothing that the West can do to alter this situation......they have been killing and maiming themselves for centuries. All the west does ,with their interventions, is give the radicals another target to hate.

You can't learn anything about a religion on television. Right now, while the US is still occupying Iraq, Islam will be demonized to maintain public support to keep troops there. If you want to know about Islam, read a book or speak with a Muslim.

I've learned that people who practice it have a one dimensional way of looking at things. Kill the infidel(anyone who is not Islamic). The majority seem to be terribly uneducated and have no respect for their lives or anyone else. The "peace loving" part of it seems so minor.
