Though it is sad that this man was killed, there is no sense in prolonging the agony by wondering whether it had anything to do with fate or destiny. The idea that human beings have a predetermined existence is egotistical and arrogant. Religious dogma and propaganda aside, there is little to suggest that human beings have any more of a purpose or reason for being than any other creature. I am not a fatalist but a realist. Accidents do happen. The fact of our existence at all on this planet demonstrates that.

Life is fated, believe it but not submitting to it is another thing.

Life though fated,it is still in your own hand,we can change our destiny, here is a true story that happened in a small town.......A monk was doing his daily meditation and saw that one of the Young novice in his temple ehausted his life spam, his life will end in two weeks' time,he felt sad for him,and compassionately instruction the young monk of ten years old to go home and visit his parents for one month because he wants him to die peacefully at home by he parents side, the young one went off happily and after one month,he reported back to the chief monk, the chief monk was very surprised, could he had made a mistake? He sat down to meditate to fine out the truth and he saw that the day the boy took leave,he was running happily down the hill,it suddenly rained heavily and he took shelter under a tree, under the tree, lot of ants were hurrying into their home in the ground and the rain was going to flow into the hole, out of sincere compassion he directed the flowing water away from the hole, thus saving many life, that action changes his fate.So fate there is but do not submit to it,do good deeds and good result will be yours to reap.

No, he would have died either ways because when we come onto this earth, each second of ours is numbered. Believe it or not, I know the best of people and kids, perfect and sound one minute and gone the very next, that in their homes near their loved ones yet everyone is helpless! The only difference is how and where they die! It's definately not a coincidence.

I wouldn't really say it was fate. I think it was just an accident. But I do think sometimes people are taken "too early" because it is just their time to go. It's a very sad story. I'm sad for his family that has to struggle with this question.

Shoulda, woulda, and coulda are irrelevent. What happened happened, nothing can undo that. Sorry. I don't believe in destiny either, it's just life and the laws of averages.
None of us lives forever, we all must go sometime. Just have to enjoy the life you have while you have it.

The worse thing when a loved one is involved in an accident is to think of how it could have been prevented. Please, please don't put yourself through this torture. I did when a loved one of mine died in a motorcycle accident and it delays the healing process whilst grieving.
Life is always full of 'if only' and 'but if'

I firmly believe that when your time is up, your time is up. You hear of so many coincidences of people, who if they'd done that, they'd still be alive and if something really obscure and unusual hadn't have happened, they would have been killed. I think our time is mapped out before we come here.

Its very sad for his family and friends....
