Be held to task over incorrect reporting concerning the Maddie enquiry?

They have repeatedly reported as 'fact' rumours and speculation surrounding this case in a bid to sell newspapers. what do you think?

Have you noticed how Madeleine McCann has been on the front page every day for the last few weeks? I think the Express may actually have got over Diana and found someone new!

N.B. I am not an Express reader, but I work in a newsagents so noticed it while selling it to the awful people who do read it.

Story link with empathy to the liberal whiny at heart.

I thought surely I was showing boredom and disagreement with liberal extremist policy? How could I still deal with compulsive yawning while not showing empathy when hearing a liberal speech.

What is this all about? This happened over 4 months ago, and now this woman says it has permanently tarnished her reputation? Come on -- isn't this just another frivilous lawsuit by someone trying to get money because she can't make it through life on her own? Wouldn't the only way that anyone would know that she was a part of the team Imus was joking about (in poor taste) is if she said openly that "I'm one of those players from Rutgers that Don Imus called a bad name and got fired for." Since he never named her or anyone else by name, how would anyone know she was a part of the team, unless she broadcast it to them?

Oh, and before anyone tries to call me a racist, this has nothing to do with race. This could be anyone trying to file a lawsuit about a similar situation.

It has been going on for many many years. Every news story about China is invariably focusing almost entirely on the negatives or if any positives are mentioned, it has always ended with a negative insinuation by the supposedly "independent and free" media in the U.S.
Most recently, in May it was the trade dispute over the U.S. trade deficit and the U.S. wanting China to revalue its currency. Then, shortly after the U.S. failed to win anything from the bilateral trade talks in May, the U.S. media all of a sudden unianimously started reporting on "defective Chinese products" and seemed to generalized all products made in China. Yet, when 15 million of cans of U.S. made meat from a Georgia plant were recalled due to botulism contamination, it was not labeled by the media as "U.S. meat" in the headlines, like they always mention the origin of Chinese products. Nor, was the danger of botulism described as a bacteria used in biological warfare, (contd. below)

In my 40 years I have never actually known any one who was asked to participate in things like the Gallup Poll. And most the time I find my views different greatly from the poll results. So I always wonder who it is that they actually ask ... are they real people? or just made up ones? :)

for Kia Vaughn? I am sure the name rings no bells for you either, she is one of the women on the team that Don Imus made comments towards that caused a huge controversy.she is the only one sueing CBS and Don Imus.its all about the money,no one even remembers her and she was not a specific target! are you tired of these kind of lawsuits? they tie up the legal system and benefit no one.i do not believe for one minute that she has been singled out ,i think she is just after publicity and money .sorry but it is not about her,she just wants to pretend it is for her own gain.if i were a judge i would throw this nonsense out and fine her for wasting the courts time.your opinion?

They'll say something like "So and so, a WWE former champion, found dead" or something silly like that. How silly is that? When Silvester Stallone dies, will they call him a former heavywieght boxing champ? When Michael Doulgass dies will they call him a former president because he was one in Independence Day?
