Hi.
I'm a victim of domestic violence. The last months have been hell for me. Maybe because I'm 17 and my abuser, my 21 year old b/f, is going to be charged with statutory rape and sexual assault. To make it even worse I discovered i was pregnant and later had a painful miscarriage.
I want to get my story out there, so that people my age can see that love does not always have a good ending. And also, I want abusers ,like my b/f, to know that we wimen can fight back. That we are capable of escaping their control.
How do I attract publicity to that issue and to my cas ein particular?

He is a rich man today because his father was CEO & Chairman of a huge coal company. Talk about global warming and destroying the environment he hit the jackpot. As soon as he justifies his wealth I worry about global warming caused by us. Besides I have always heard cows put more methane in the atmosphere than everything man does. Does that mean Al wants to do away with cows?

After giving your opinions on the respective veracity of any news outlets you want, please tell me how is it that so many people seem willing to not only accuse a news outlet of bias with inappropriate presentation, but also of incontestibly lying about something based solely on a pattern of alleged or proven lies that have no, or insufficient, relation to the item of the allegation.

I would hope regular news consumers would be smarter.

At least, whether or not the claims made in them are valid, using sources other than anecdotal experience in inference, to contest that a news outlet is a pattern liar or at least lied about something specific, is more respectable a premise.

Please criticise my rant as well.

If we are so free here in America; Why is it that Yahoo censors us. Yahoo deletes certain answers&questio...
I answered a question a user posed about a revolution in America. My answer was a revolution can only take place through organization and a consensus among the majority. Yahoo feels like they can control the conversation. I understand we are not allowed to sale things. However, we should be able to express ourselves without bigbrother yahoo editing or removing our thoughts. Did yahoo release our records to the government? I guess we know who we can't trust. This is a perfect reason for us all to engage in the conversation that is taking place in Congress regarding Net Neutrality. We do not live in China. Yahoo can not censor us....... UNLESS they are in the pockets of the lobbyist as well as our representation. We the people must stand as one against this invasion..................... I bet this will be removed. If not then Yahoo is "playing games"..........

There are certainly limitations. But what gives the people at Yahoo the authority (besides) the fact they own this site? I never voted for Yahoo to represent me. We the people can not let corporation get away with these things... Read history... Particulary about Apartheid Africa or read Lolita in Tehran, Kaffir Boy.... The Communist party controled speech..... We are working against our better interest!!!

Since the owner of a company is ultimately responsible for the actions of a company, then shouldn't the owner of a company be held responsible for the resulting consequences of the company's actions?

Case in point: New York Times - It is not known whether a result of their treasonous divulgeance of classified information has made or will make the Iraq conflict take longer to conclude, or how many lives will ultimately be lost because of their treason (Perhaps more than you realize since one thing naturally leads to another) and we will never know whether one of the individuals who had their assigned duties curtailed by the travesty of justice perpetrated by the New York Times would have -- or even could have -- initiated a sequence of events which may very well have culminated in the quick resolution of the engagement.

I ask you........... What punitive measure would even come close to being severe enough to satisfy the bloodlust of justice?
