What are the advantages of the lawsuit??? Defamation of character? How can she tutor her recognition replaced into broken? the finished united states of america sympathized together with her, Rutgers, black athletes and faculty women folk's activities altogether. Don Imus almost placed Rutger's women folk's basketball on the map with those insensitive comments. How is she no longer able to pursue her pursuits in existence because of fact of an off shade remark by ability of a verbal substitute radio host?

I strongly agree that Imus was wrong. But I also feel these girls and the youth of today are a victim of their adopted society. One where it is normal to refer to each other as hos, bitches, you name it while bouncing around to hip-hop and rap lyrics. I would bet the farm, that somewhere there is video of these girls doing that also. Its sort of like the N word. If you are part of it its ok, if you are on the outside, then its not.

Of course not. She has been called the same things by her own black friends. And she has listened to the terms countless times in rap "music." So now that she hears that Imus said these words her life is all damaged?? Get real. But, he will have to pay her off anyway.

No it is not valid. So he said something mean get over it. Are you going to suie every kids parent when they call your kid a bad name? Life isn't fair, not everyone is going to have something good to say about you. Comedians make worse fun of people all the time, and what are you doing-your laughing. All of this politically correct crap is getting on my nerves. I am a good person but I will make fun of you!

I thimk what he said was completly uncalled for, and he deserved to lose his job. I do not think it calls for a lawsuit, but everyone needs moeny these days right? Imus has enough to throw around I guess

nah, they're just trying to screw him now that he might be coming back, if they were going to do it they should have done it a few motnhs ago during the controversy and eventual firing, this is purely about money and attention
