It was a bullet to the neck. No, it was a bullet to the chest. No, it was whiplash.

Honestly, who gives a rats ***. It's still a murder. Are some idiots actually going to portray it as a lesser crime if she died "indirectly"?

Ugh.

"Two months before her death, former Pakistani Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto sent an e-mail to her U.S. adviser and longtime friend, saying that if she were killed, Pakistani President Pervez Musharraf would bear some of the blame."

I believe that a lot of people don't see Bush and Clinton as the most admired people. I can think of many items that would be just cause to not admire either of them. What do you think? Please share your opinion and the reasoning for your opinion.

Muslims now distrust us so much that they automatically assume the United States had a hand in Bhutto's assasination? Is this George W. Bush's legacy?

"Shame on the killer Musharraf, shame on the killer U.S." mourners cried, as her [Bhutto's] husband, Asif Ali Zardari, accompanied the closed coffin draped with the green, red and black tricolor of Bhutto's Pakistan People's Party on the funeral procession to the mausoleum in the village of Garhi Khuda Bakhsh.

Bhutto had blocked the rise of any political heirs apparent and it will take some time for a credible replacement to emerge.

Was Bhutto really a champion of democracy or just another power hungry politician ?

I ask because Sky news and the BBC have been falling over themselves to get comment on their fallen leader Benazir Bhutto from people in Leicester and Birmingham who they claim are representatives of just such a community. I'm confused either they are British or they are Pakistani and surely their leaders are British politicians such as Keith Vaz and not those based thousands of miles away in another country? The impression I am left with from these people is one of crocodile tears, here is a group of people who support terrorism within their nation state, support terrorism overseas and then cry foul when a popular politician is asssainated by Al-Qaeda and Osama Bin Laden, the very people they have supported. Benazir Bhutto was a feudal leader who stupidly returned to a country which had hanged her father, a country which made her brothers vanish, which had already kicked her out for corruption, she was effectively returning to a military dictatorship and sadly paid the ultimate price.

I understand about the whole "national sovereignty" thing, but he himself has gone on the record against the Al Qaida and Taliban elements that escaped justice. Why not just let the U.S. send in some air power and intelligence gathering assets to take care of a mutual problem? Is al Mushariff being a little disingenuous when he speaks out against the terrorists who have infiltrated the lawless regions of western Pakistan?

Look at the lives taken by terrorism-is it really worth it? Bhutto's killing is just an example of the loss to the world. Rajiv Gandhi was an earlier example. The west has suffered similiarly. Just how does one tackle this menace?

Given a current geo-political issues on terrorism,

1. Every Country is getting affected by the same problem called
"Terrorism".
2. Every moderate human being (which constitutes more than
90%) feels "Wipe out the Terrorism"
3. Relgious Moderates (again which constitutes more than 90%)
feels "Religious Extremism needs to be eradicated").
Somehow Spiritual Thinking (every religion reaches the same
destination) is also on the rise.

At the core, Terrorism somehow related to the following
1. Patriotism
2. Religious Extremism
3. Ethnic Extremism

Is it not, Patriotism somehow fuelling the terrorism?
As a human being, are we not connected without borders.

Please share your thoughts and your valuable comments on my vague feeling on this new world order.

A popular tamil saying originally said by saint thirumular says “ondre kulam oruvane thevan” which means “one people and one God”. I think this saint foreseen the new world order.

I live in a rural area. My neighbors are scaring me. Their names are Mohammad and Borack and they're from Iran.....I think. Last week I saw them at the country store buying fertilizer and and a barrel of diesel fuel. They were acting really suspicious. I'm worried they're gonna blow something or someone up. Should I call the FBI?
