Sounds more like manslaughter to me.
What do you think?

Heck she's not even a martyr any more.

First off let me say that initial reports of anything are always inaccurate. As for the head trauma theory, if that were the case, she would have died evading the threat to her life outside the safety of the car, which means she was not actually murdered or assassinated.

I read that report and knew it was bull. Yes, she was murdered and the doctor even said that it was from the bullet lodged in her neck...The government is either trying to cover up who did it or is guilty themselves.

If she did die from hitting her head on the lever, it wouldn't be an assassination...It would be an accidental death and an ATTEMPTED assassination. She should have thought twice before getting up in the sunroof when there's a price on her head!!! That's just common sense. the gunman/bomber would have a tougher time if she just stayed in the damn car. But I guess that would require common sense.

I don't understand why the story has changed three times in about 18hrs.

If she was shot, the evidence (entry & exit wounds) would be conclusive. An autopsy would prove circulatory damage, spinal cord damage, if any. If it was shrapnel, which is certainly plausible, the same would presumably apply. If she struck her head sufficiently hard enough to cause death, I assume it would be a skull fracture.

All of the above should be readily apparent. Why does the story have to be changed over and over again?

to further elaborate she was shot in the neck and in the temple. so even if her head slammed down after the fact I think it is safe to say the slamming really didn't really make a difference either way. and the bomb was set off as a backup measure. The quick burial doesn't surprise me and in many cases it is done that way for a reason so the body doesn't get snatched and desecrated by those that hate her.

She hit her head because someone shot her, attempting to kill her. It doesn't matter if she died from the gun shot or the head wound, it's still murder.

If someone was in an argument with her and pushed her out of anger, not trying to kill her -- then it's manslaughter.

She didnt hit her head. She was shot in her neck and chest and the guy blew himself up after that.

Tragic and a shame. God bless her soul.

Why are you nit-picking? She died from hitting her head in the car due to the force of the blast from the suicide bomber-who hence did his work.

Due to the cause of the fall I would say yes.

Yes she really assassinated. Its the second consecutive attack in the last 10 week on her. I believe Al-Quaida's hand on her murder.
