With all the hate mongering by the liberals for the last seven years, it should be no surprise that someone believed the nonsense and acted on it. It could be practically anyone.

The fire was probably caused by a electrical short in the breaker box (or fuse box) in the presidential museum.

Hence, the fire was not intentionally set.
