From The Sun regarding news that 2 of the Tapas 9 may be changing their story.
"But Clarence Mitchell, the McCanns’ spokesman, said today that the friends had all been contacted following the El Mundo report and insisted it was “totally untrue”. "
Uh Clarence, the 2 said they wanted to remain anonymous to avoid pressure by the McCanns and their friends. Can you see the problem in you phoning them up and asking them if they were the ones going to change their story?
The man is a grade A moron (yep, you can take that one to your lawyers Clarrie and see if Ive defamed you).
Even if the story turns out to be untrue, as Delly has said, the see of doubt has been planted .... now suddenly they won't know who's spilling the beans and who's not. That alone makes the story worthwhile, even if its not true :)
