how come we went to Iraq and took down Saddam? Now that we took him out...why are we still there and there appears to be little to no effort to find Bin Laden. So why are we still in Iraq? Saddam's dead and with no WMD's found.

this was supposed to be the liberal lefts answer to Rush Limbaugh and Sean Hannity but Al is a real loser and cannot admit no one wants to listen to his liberal dribble. You know I did not think he was funny on Saturday night live.

Her problem is that she doesn't conduct herself as we would like. In short, she exhibits a dignity and composure that seem out of place in a world where celebrities and ordinary people behave incredibly badly in front of the camera.

Britney Spears, for example, has gone so far down the route of excess that she's lost her children and her mother and sister have turned up and started screaming at bystanders. Amy Winehouse wanders around the streets of Soho with bleeding feet, devoid of any shame. Kate McCann, on the other hand, attends church, takes strength from her religious beliefs, goes running alone and always dresses neatly. That's just too sickening for some people – she can't be normal, can she?

your opinion?
thanks

Yet more shootings and violence reported in the news today by young people on young people.

An answer I received from a previous question a 16 year old replied that it was the fault of those older than him.

Is he right?
Are we as adults not teaching our children proper and correct repsect for the law?

Are parents today derelict in their responsibilities?

Young people are being badly injured and dieing on the streets of the UK on a daily basis, what needs to be done to stop it?

I feel like asking this question again. I asked it earlier today in several categories.

I want everyone to know about the situation in Iraq in all its REALITY, tribes, different powers in Iraq right now, the US's goal for Iraq, the Iranian, Saudi, and Syrian interests in Iraq currently, Al Qaeda's goals for Iraq, the Sunni vs. Shiite vs. Kurd conflict past and present, the major mistruths (maybe, maybe not direct lies) that have been stated by Bush administration to get us into Iraq, why each country is in Iraq right now, the cost of the US leaving Iraq (what would happen to the Iraqi people, what would happen to US interests in the region), etc.

There is so much people should learn about this. I believe that each country's population that has troops in Iraq should be tought this as being mandatory and the people, WE THE PEOPLE ONLY AFTER LEARNING ALL OF THIS, should vote on whether to stay in Iraq or whether not to.

I remember reading somewhere, through I can't remember where, that Ron Paul is planning to get rid of the FBI. Is this true?

I am a proud supporter of him and completely agree with him when it comes to things like: getting rid of income tax, federal reserve, and the CIA. But I mean why would anyone want to get rid of the FBI, they solve major crime cases and help in federal investigations. Come on, if the FBI didn't exist who would combat crime at a national level, the US Postal Service?. Not to mention the nearly 30,000 people who would lose their job if it was shut down.

I learned in college about the domino theory, where if we don't save Iraq, it will bring the radical Muslims closer to and more impowered to attack Israel. Israel is perparing for war if we put out. It is that serious. If they feel threaten they will nuke Terhan.
Russia has vowed to protect Iran, and we have vowed to protect Israel. We are on the verge of a new cold war that cold be more dangerous than the last one if these other smaller countries start the nukes first. This is really serious, and our President does not say the real reason why we are fighting there and why we must stay there. It would give the radical Muslims too much credit for making the world this unstable, and it will panic the global community. How do you feel about it?

with so much money being wasted on this war everyday, over 3k soldiers dead, millions of people affected, gas prices skyrocketing, a weak dollar, no global support, and the state of this country (healthcare, economy, drugs, disease, confusion) how do you feel about the last five years? In the end was it all work it? in my mind it isn't and won't be, in fact it is absolutely pointless- Bush cannot decide who his target is- bin laden, saddam, irag, afghanistan, iran....but im interested to know you opinions. PLEASE!!! no ignorant political mud-slinging! everybody is entitled to their own opinion, allow them to express it!!! The most honest wins the 10 pts...

Looked out my window at 3am, to see one of two drunken revellers jumping all over my car and my neighbours' cars - four that I saw.
I ran out and sure enough, there was a BIG dent in my bonnet and two big dents in my roof, complete with footprints... my car is a little over one year old and cost A LOT of money - took me eight years to trade up to the level I'm at...
Once the red haze cleared from my eyes (!) I hopped into the car, tracked the ba*stards, phoned the gardai and continued to follow them (at a safe distance, I'm not completely stupid) until the squad car came and arrested him.
I went in today to give a statement, and heard that he admitted to everything, and agreed to pay the damages. Result!
My neighbours knew nothing until I told them, so I reckon we're looking at at least €1500 of a bill, excl replacement cars while the work is being done.
How was your night?
