I remember reading somewhere, through I can't remember where, that Ron Paul is planning to get rid of the FBI. Is this true?

I am a proud supporter of him and completely agree with him when it comes to things like: getting rid of income tax, federal reserve, and the CIA. But I mean why would anyone want to get rid of the FBI, they solve major crime cases and help in federal investigations. Come on, if the FBI didn't exist who would combat crime at a national level, the US Postal Service?. Not to mention the nearly 30,000 people who would lose their job if it was shut down.

He wont hes just stating that he wants to make the government smaller. There is no way that he would be able to do that and to be elected he has to more moderate. Which probably wont happen
