Do you believe we are in Iraq to stop the next world war?

I learned in college about the domino theory, where if we don't save Iraq, it will bring the radical Muslims closer to and more impowered to attack Israel. Israel is perparing for war if we put out. It is that serious. If they feel threaten they will nuke Terhan.
Russia has vowed to protect Iran, and we have vowed to protect Israel. We are on the verge of a new cold war that cold be more dangerous than the last one if these other smaller countries start the nukes first. This is really serious, and our President does not say the real reason why we are fighting there and why we must stay there. It would give the radical Muslims too much credit for making the world this unstable, and it will panic the global community. How do you feel about it?

PopPawic, in college political science, you learn to see the big picture which is far more complex than a lack of WMDs.
50 millions Iraq citizens now have a chance for freedom and democracy. That alone is worth our involvement, but the evidence we are stopping a major war is overwhelming.
Just following the opposite party's BS lines does not make one right either.

I have spoken with many soldiers who have been in Iraq and they all tell me how much the citizens there want freedom and democracy. We are winning that war despite what some folks want otherwise. If Hillary gets elected, she will stay in Iraq

Sen. Clinton knows too, the geo-political consequences of this war. As to our troops killing million people. BS! Other than isolated events were troops mis-behaved and have been severely punished, our troops are acting honorably and dying so others can live free and in peace.
We have brought utilities, roads, bridges, and hope to the people of Iraq.
The media does not give a true picture of how successful we are there because it does not fit their political agenda.

we are in iraq because of these reasons but these are not only the reason. it is a whole range of things. but its all goes back to teh cold war and gulf war, it unifinished business america wants to solve. but it is also finncial, securirty, social, political, power reasons for invasion of iraq. do i really need to mention halliburton or black hawk? i mean its not just for world peace keeping by usa's generous heart. i dont think muslims would take over the world and radiclise it if iraq wasnt invaded. muslims are far far away from anything like. before if USA sneezed, the whole world would cath a cold, politically and financially. america has lost that power, and thats why the invasion of iraq is a way to get it back also. there are so many reasons for iraq, and it was way before 9/11, this was planned since the reagon era and the weapons deals.
