I am almost certain that that photo is a fake. What do you think? Please notice the edge of the "mothers" arm just beneath the chin of the supposed Madeleine. It is too sharp because it has been doctored.
Please look at the picture and then please me what you think.

I refer to this piece of news " A photo of a girl in Morocco is to be examined by experts looking into the Madeleine McCann case"

China and India are the countries which hold the key to Burma's/Myannmar's future.

China is the junta's main political backer and both China and India have pursued significant investments in oil and gas projects as well as supplying arms to Burma [by by- passing an EU embargo ] .So their interest in this country has been based upon placing their economic interests first and simply ignoring the human rights infractions.

Of course it is not India who will be hosting the Olympics next year but China.. so why not boycott the Olympics to place pressure on China and other ASEAN [Association of South East Asian] countries to take firm action on Burma?

Olympics have been boycotted in the past. This is not a new phernomenon.

I don't support iran but it think Americans are not fair! So because you are powerful, YOU, Americans can have those weapons, but others can't and won't because you don't want them too? i mean, tell me, is it logical? is it reasonable? Why don't America throw is weapons as an example so others could lead the way? i think that because America is powerful, americans thinks that for some reason, they have to protect the world or smthg! The president of university of Colombia is a stupid human being! A 50 yrs and more who acted like a 15 yrs old! Why would you invite the guy to make speech and insult him like he did smthg to you.

Could this be a well thought out scam for financial gain. Maddie statched away safely somewhere with a friend or relative, millions of pounds raised as a result of her dissapearance, then she turns up one day and even more media attention and frenzy. Theres definately something dodgy with that lot

I understand that there is some controversy about the above statements that have been attributed to Ahmadinejad. Some Persian scholars claim that his statement about Israel being wiped off the map, cannot be translated that way from the Persian language. Also, there is no statement regarding an incitement to genocide that I find, even though scholars say that he is guilty of incitement to genocide. Can someone clarify these statements as to their accuracy?

First of all, he is a President and second of all he is a guest in this country. He was supposed to be respected as a guest from other country and the University of Columbia's President just showed the world how 'FRIENDLY' America is by insulting the Iran President before he even spoke.
This is terrible and lower the image of America than ever before. Even though he is a bad President, but he has done nothing wrong to the US and he is not supposed to be treated like that.
It would make the America as a bully than as a good country.
Now, he remained calm throughout the speech and that's a true gentleman because he could calm himself even though he was insulted. If an American in other country was insulted like him, the American would act out of control.
Now, the Columbia's President just showed the world how to treat Americans in other country. How terrible is that? Don't you think the world was watching? What do you think?

Dave Grohl slammed Paris Hilton as a "lazy party ****" this week. That's what gets on the news usually, instead of Darfur in Africa, where there have been over 400,000 tragic, needless, genocide deaths ... and counting!

God said LOVE your neighbour, as much as yourself, AND even your enemy...but HATE SIN!!! Love Paris but do not imitate her bad behaviour, for God's sake!!!

A recent opinion article in the New York Times criticized death toll estimates for Darfur that we have quoted. The article misses a critical point in the debate over how many people have actually died.

These mortality estimates cannot be verified or updated because the Government of Sudan actively denies the international community (including diplomats, humanitarian workers, and epidemiology experts) real access to the Darfur region to count the ethic cleansing victims.
