You didn't mention the country.
But as your name suggests I think you are talking about India.
I don't think a term as 'super power' exists. As such, we are not going to be the next super power. As far as the military stats is considered once more we are not going to be the next super power. The thing which we really want is SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT and the terms like super power are worthless in this context. We should strive to be developed by 2020 and that will be enough for us.

We may be in the middle of a World War by 2020, but at that time I think we will still be a superpower.

I hope we do.
But I doubt it.
We face many challenges-corruption,poverty,overpopulation,communalism,terrorism etc.
We have to first become a superpower in our region i.e Asia,before we start thinking of the world!
