Seems that Saddam knew his people better than our government and that beatings...torture...and mass killings are the only things that kept those savages in line.
Too bad we can't bring Saddam back. *sigh*

remember, no matter how you feel about the Bush Administration or any prior Administrations, it seems people should be able to honestly understand and acknowledge...
"The No. 1 enemy in Iraq is al-Qaida," White House press secretary Tony Snow said Wednesday. "Al-Qaida continues to be the chief organizer of mayhem within Iraq."

Do you agree?

To me it only seems fair since obesity is now such a drain on medicare and medicaid, and obesity is the same sin as smoking or drinking alcohol.

(which I personally don't think that anything should be taxed "extra", but if you are going to make sin taxes, that should count for anything that could have a bad effect, Maybe next we should do a Curse tax for cd's!! And a fraud tax for religous donations!!

BS

With all these government scumbags claiming that something is going to happen soon to change peoples minds about the "war on terror", and now saying that "Al-Qaeda is as strong as on 911", do you belive the government is getting ready to stage another terrorist attack to shore up support for con tinuing the war in Iraq, or possibly for kicking off a war of aggression against Iran?

This is hypothetical & won't hapen, but does it make sense?

1) Bush & Co. launch a disinformation campaign and flood the media that we are now winning in Iraq (it's B.S. but that's Bush's stock and trade). 2) The U.S. public starts feeling more positive (suckers that we are). 3) The world starts talking about how the U.S. has finally gotten its act together in Iraq (they fall for our B.S.) 4). We secretly work out a deal with the 'official' Iraq government (it has no power, but a few million in bribes will persuade them) that they come up with a statement saying that since the U.S. is making great strides in helping Iraq, the Iraqi people are now confident they can go it alone and demand U.S. military and political presence out of Iraq immediately). 5) Bush makes the announcement that although we are now winning, unfortunately the Iraqis demand we get out. Yea, they are making a big mistake, but it's their country, and their loss. America leaves, looking like a winner.

It seems obvious to me if the US leave Iraq relatively soon that a few things will happen, civil war will ensure to a greater degree, including genocide on both sides of Shiites and Sunnis. Not only this Turkey would most likely intervene on the Kurds, maybe even annexing a portion of Iraq. Iran as well is very likely to annex parts of the Shiite dominated territory. Iran is listed as the worlds leading sponsor of terrorism which definitely would not be good. & what would be left for the Sunnis would in my opinion become an extreme hotbed for Salafist ideology eventually reaching the States again bringing us back to the original problem of having to address the root of the problem. This cannot be done while despots or dysfunctional theocracies are occupying a land. I heard it took 9 years to stabilize Germany after WW2. Wouldn't only make sense to finish the job proper. We have already sacrificed so much & the hardest part is already done. To leave is like saying "Al Qaida you win"

Do you think that Bin Laden and 19 guys with box cutters did it? or do you think that the United States Government did it?

If you think the U.S. Government did it... do you think they previously put explosives int he building to do a controlled demolition?

Just curious what your thoughts are. If you think that Al Qaeda did it, then I urge you to chec out ae911fortruth.org and also download loose change fromt he net. if you wanna see some videos I have that document a bunch of proof that the government did it, e-mail me and I can give you the site and the password to the downloadable videos. Let me know.

So.. . again, was it 19 guys with box cutters who inflicted all the damage, or the U.S. Government?

It took 2 nukes to end WW2. It killed lots of innocent people. But they were strategically dropped in areas of japan to take out the most intellegence/power etc.
By the looks of it, WW3 is not far and the middle east is probably going to be the fighting grounds.

Bush is looked at like satan in the middle east just like osama bin laden is satan to the good of the world. Who is right? Good is always right, but wait isnt this war about oil? is this war a cover up or are we really trying to help the Iraqi people. Its been 5 years of war and we havent found the terrorist leaders yet.
If the usa drops atomic bombs over iraq or afghanastan, will it start WW3 or will it end the war on terorism? It ended ww2.
