I have to add more. The enemy detonates bombs and intentionally kills civilians. American and British forces put themselves at risk to avoid bombing or attacking civilian centers. Smart bombs are used to do this, instead of saturation bombing. Ask the soldiers on the ground how many of their buddies died solely due to following the rules of engagement designed to reduce civilian casulties.

What a bunch of crap: My grandson just got back from his second tour of duty over there, he's now going back into the civilian field. I know first hand what's going on over there. And, it isn't what you think or hear.

Really? Where do you get those statistics? Do you mean that all of the car bombs that are perpetrated by the terrorists are harmless? The USA pilots are to blame for every single death in Iraq? Is that what you think? Please provide the proof for that.

Most of the civilian casualties are caused by sectarian violence, whether a car bomb, or mass kidnappings that end up in torture/murder. If civilians get bombed, its b/c they are hiding terrorist. Be for real, its war, its not pretty, but the US military goes to great lengths to avoid collateral damage, which in my opinion is hindering the military operations.
