I listening to Nancy Grace talking to the missing women mother and there not sure if she is the one they found, I WONDER WHY THE Y DON'T KNOW?? It's not been that long since she was missing they should be able to tell , i think anyway. The mother is tryin g to answer questions but i think she is sedated as she should be , i just cant imagine what she is going threw, GOD BLESS HER AND HER GRANDSON

What is going on in this world? How is it that supposedly sane, educated people think that killing is the answer to their problems? How stupid, how cold hearted to shoot your own innocent kids over and over again. I knew it was him from the start but I was hoping it wasn't.

Well, the news is in. They found her body and unborn baby dead. Cutts has been arrested and faces two counts of murder. Another Scott Peterson trial is on the way. When will we ever get any good news this summer?

Just read the sad news that Jessie Davis has been found dead. Is anyone really surprised that the married boyfriend is being charged with 2 counts of murder? I'm very sad for the family but not shocked by the developments.

Jessie's remains were found today . . . I hope justice is served!

Awarding a knighthood to SALMAN RUSHDIE has definitly exasperated muslims.

Assassination calls have been made for both of them.

Do you think its right to award such controversial personalities.

I personally think this can spread violence...what do you say?

I just heard on ABC nightly news that they did find her body and have arrested the police officer who she has her child with and who expected as her unborn baby's father!

What do you think?
Is he the murderer?
What about what her son has been saying- MOMMY IS IN THE RUG........ MOMMY BROKE THE TABLE??

I think this is so sad... her son had to of witnessed this , apparentley!

today i worked a 12 hour shift in my local supermarket, it is a very large store and at least a dozen or more people came in acting a bit suspicious with four year olds looking like maddie. i live in ireland, so i can imagine why the police are slow to follow up some leads, some of the kids were having tantrums, screaming and refusing to go with their daddys or mammys, so what i would like to know, is how do the police know which leads to take seriously , and what ones do they disregard

... Yahpoo asked for our opinion on the Answers site, via a link on the front page which sometimes appears. For the people who have seen this survey and responded: did you tell them the truth, or were you too polite to hurt their feelings?! ;-)

Seriously though, this was my response in the survey.

"I have had to report abuse of the nastiest sort many times, and still nothing is done about it.

I know Yahoo Answers is a huge community, and staff are stretched. But when I email you regarding serious abuse I've received, I do not want to get the same repeat email telling me to report it through the website. If I write back to explain that this has been done many times, I will eventually get the same stanmdard response, after a 10 day wait. Come on Yahoo, buck up."

George Bush supposedly wants to put a missile defense system in the Poland and Czech Republic. Russian President Putin is getting pissed off and wonders why he needs to put a defense system around Russia and not around Iraq or Iran. So, Russian President told Bush to put it in Azerbaijan, which doesnt threaten Russia but still defends US and Europe from potential missile attacks. Why doesnt Bush listen to him?

"Smoking will be banned in all public indoor spaces"

On the whole the smoking ban is quite understandable and I agree with it 75%. But the other 25% of me can't help feeling it's extreme and unfair to ban smoking in ALL public indoor places.

If I was the owner of a small business (ie corner shop) how does anyone have the right to ban me from smoking on my own premises? How can such a ban be enforced?

Did anyone watch the footage of Kate and Gerry on the news today? They seem so calm about the fact their daughter has been missing for 50 days now. I know there has been loads of questions and answers about these people on YA, but something just doesn't seem right. We can't expect to see them bawling their eyes out everytime they are on camera, but some emotion surely would have the general public empathising with them???
