No but we should get out of there and let the people take care of themselves,We went there on a humanitarian mission; which turned out to be a civil war.we have lost more people than even in Vietnam; and for what? FOR OIL FOR CHENEY;S COMPANY.i LIVE IN WA STATE BY FORT LEWIS AND THEY HAVE SO MANY KIDS GETTING KILLED THAT THEY WANT TO DO MASS FUNERALS; BUT THE PARENTS DON;T WANT THAT' AS I WOULD;T EITHER, PRES BUSH IS TO STUBBORN TO SAY; HEY PEOPLE I MADE A BIG MISTAKE;,if it was up to him we wood be there for another 10ys till there's no more young people as they would of gotten killed by idiots in a country where we don;t belong.they had no WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION; EVEN THE HEAD CIA GUY SAID IT;S A MISTAKE..i THINK IN ALL THESE YS THE IRAQ;A SHOULD BE TRAINED TO FIGHT THEIR OWN HOLY WARS....SORRY I WAS YELLING BUT I HAVE LOST 6 FRIENDS THAT DIED IN BOMBS AND CAR SUICIDES THERE AND NOW THERES KIDS WITH NO DADS AND MOM AND DADS WITH NO SONS OR DAUGHTERS AS THEY ALL GOT BLOWN AWAY,,,,,,,,

If the troops leave now, Iraq will go back to the way it was before the war. Some nut job and his followers will over throw the current government. That is what I think.

History has shown what happens when the job is left undone. The fallen empires of France and Great Britain are testaments of effects of surrender. They gave up their colonies and now are near being third world countries. That does not mean I support colonialism but surrender is not a word to be used by leaders in the US. Weakness only invites abuse. Look at the battered spouses around the world and also the historic disasters caused by Germany being allowed to intimidate Britain and France. WWII was the direct result of appeasement. I prefer that the military root out the Iranian supporters of the insurgents in Iraq and knock out Iran's ability to support terrorism. Forget occupation of Iran just make it too toxic to live there.
