I just heard on ABC nightly news that they did find her body and have arrested the police officer who she has her child with and who expected as her unborn baby's father!
What do you think?
Is he the murderer?
What about what her son has been saying- MOMMY IS IN THE RUG........ MOMMY BROKE THE TABLE??
I think this is so sad... her son had to of witnessed this , apparentley!

The news here (in the Stark County Ohio area) is reporting a lot more. It has been reported that Cutts claimed that Jessie was almost dead when he arrived there so he called a friend to come and help him dispose of the body. It is disgusting. I don't believe his story. He was drunk when he went there. He did it.
Additional info:
A neighbor reported seeing a truck enter the garage the night she disappeared. The music was blaring (to cover up screaming or because he was too drunk to realize how loud it was?).
It is horrible when something like this happens so close to home. It has touched our whole community. Everyone was praying for a different outcome.
PLEASE...enough with the hurtful comments. She does not deserve to be degraded at a time like this. How would you feel if her family read some of the things you people are saying? This is not a time to be pointing fingers. No one makes perfect decisions in their life, and no one deserves something like this. If you have harsh thoughts on the subject of Jessie or her unborn daughter, keep them to yourselves and be respectful of them and her family.

Yes. The whole situation is tragic. She should have left him alone since he was married and he should have vice versa. He's a lowlife thug who had too many women and babies to take care of. However, she didn't deserve to die and neither did the innocent unborn baby. Also the 2 year old boy doesn't deserve to be an orphan after witnessing a horrible crime and be left alone in a house. Both Jessie and her children deserved a better man in their lives. Cutts is a creep and should get the death penalty.

Yes, I did hear about the sad tragedy. Who knows if her the guy was the murderer. If he was he was, he should serve the consequences. I feel sorry for the boy though, growing up he won't have a mom, and he's going to be remembering those words...."Mommy is in the rug"....."Mommy broke the table"

"They" say 'innocent until proven guilty' but what about truth? And character?
Even with his laundry list of questionable activities, the police force said he was a 'fine officer on the force.' Makes you wonder about the quality of recruits available in Ohio, I'll say.
He perpetrates the cruel inhumanity of killing a young mother, the mother of two babies, compounded by weaseling, lying, hanging back and trying to get away with it. This was insult added to the injury.
I read that Cutts 'didn't sleep' after the news of Davis' disappearance broke. I hope he never gets another good night's sleep in his entire life.

WELL to tell you the truth iam listening to CNN NEWS right now and they havent said if it is her that they found , but iam sure it is they are getting DNA from her before they really telll us and i also heard that that father was arrested , i wonder why the little boy didnt say anything about his daddy, i know ive got a grrandson that is two and all he says is daddy this and daddy that, POOR BABY I PRAY FOR THEM

I think that it's possible the child said more than what you wrote, but we haven't been told. He may have implicated his dad, but the media hasn't been told to protect the investigation.
Cutts was seen at a bar earlier that night. Maybe he got wasted and went to her house and they fought. He went nutso and killed her.
Anything is possible, but I am sure he did it.
You're right, it's incredibly sad. My heart goes out to her family. I'm not sure how someone gets over something like this.

Here is what I keep thinking...Why would/how could a man leave his 2 year old son alone in a home? That's what keeps me from thinking he did it....But then if he killed his unborn child and mother...then enough explanation...
My children and I have been praying for the family.

I just heard about Cutts being arrested. If he did kill Jessie, the guy has no character. Come to think of it, we already know that the content of his character is nada.

Innocent till proven guilty, remember Richard Jewel. However Bobby Cutts has to be the prime suspect. Shame for her family.
