Why does the gov't reward people for being irresponsible? Single parents get tax breaks, money to help them buy a home, etc. Why should they get these benefits? I'm not talking about people who were married, had children and the marriage didn't work out. I'm talking about the people who have 5 kids from 5 different dads and never had a job that paid more than minimum wage. Why aren't the people who made responsible choices and did not have children they could not afford get rewarded?

and then lets a student use her phone...come on...dumb kids as they are pass her photos around...and she gets to carry on teaching while they "investigate".

Doesn't say much for the integrity or character of the teacher does it?

Do you think she should be allowed to continue teaching? What an embarrassment to the whole educational system.

If you don't know what I'm talking about the kid in Buffalo who borrowed her phone, snooped into her photos (surprise!) and then passed them all around the school and internet too. They were pretty explicit porno photos too supposedly! I don't know how she could just go back and show her face...but hey she certainly wasn't embarrassed about showing a whole lot more.

Several Americans are tired of big Oil companies making record profits while the rest of of starve to fill our vehicles with gas, while in Iraq they pay less than a dollar a gallon. There is a nationwide movement to boycott gas on May 15, 2007. Lets show the oil companies were tired and were not going to take it anymore. Tell everyone you know, and do it by mouth , phone , or email. Just think of how this will hit their pocketbook. Can you guess how many gallons of gas are purchased each day. Millions.... If you have any other productive ideas of how to lower gas prices I'd love to hear them. We all know the politicians won't help us. I'ts coming up on the Presidental election and the Oil companies throw too much money in their pockets. So lets help ourselves. Remember MAY 15, pass it on to everyone you know.

Freedom of the press in fine. But on the news film it's clear the news reporters were in the line of fire and didn't move away. They went deeper into the trouble.

I've heard people say that if we get rid of all the guns, then we are only setting ourselves up for crime because if a criminal wants to get a gun and kill or rob then he will.

But how do you explain the success rates of countries like Australia and Japan, who have banned all guns and their crime rates have gone down?

Get your prayer on...
Find a quite comfortable place and take time,
---make time---for God!
Read and meditate on God's revelations to mankind in the Holy Scriptures for this is truly listening to God...

My eyes are awake through the night watches, that I may meditate on your word.

Nancy Pelosi, approx, one hour before the unsuccessfull veto override vote...
Make no mistake, Democrats are committed to ending this war," House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (news, bio, voting record), D-Calif., said outside the White House. "We hope to do so in unison with the president of the United States."

Nancy Pelosi after the congress told her and Reid to put a cork in it approx an hour later
"The president has turned a tin ear to the wishes of the American people,"

House Majority leader Steny Hoyer after the repub. clampdown.
"We're not going to leave our troops in harm's way ... without the resources they need,"

Hoyer, additional.
ap newswire...Hoyer would not speculate on exactly what the bill might look like, but said he anticipates a minimum-wage increase will be part of it
1.)unison is calling the presidents ear tin?
2.)what the !@#@! does the minimum wage have to do with soldier safety.
3.)how is democratic pork barreling "unison"?

In April 1997, there was a "gas out" conducted nationwide in protest of gas prices. Gasoline prices dropped 30 cents a gallon overnight.

On May 15th 2007, all internet users are to not go to a gas station in protest of high gas prices. Gas is now over $3.00 a gallon in a lot of places.

There are 73,000,000+ American members currently on the internet network, and the average car takes about 30 to 50 dollars to fill up.

If all users did not go to the pump on the 15th, it would take $2,292,000,000.00 (that's almost 3 BILLION) out of the oil companies pockets for just one day, so please do not go to the gas station on May 15th and lets try to put a dent in the Middle Eastern oil industry for at least one day.

If you agree (which I can’t see why you wouldn’t) email this to your entire contact list with it saying, ''Don't pump gas on May 15th"

If you need gas, get it the day before or the day after!

CNN indicate that the house didn't have the needed 2/3 to over-ride the veto. Why didn't they mention that they only had a little over half? To me is sounds like they are down playing the fact that they weren't even close! What do you think? Liberal media spin or just leaving out facts?

I've seen this headline every 6 months or so for a couple of decades now, and each new "scientific study" debunks the previous one. How are we supposed to believe the scientific community about important things like global warming when they can't seem to definitivly answer a simple question like is caffeine good or bad for you? Unfortunately I think that humans are only clever enough to ask the questions but lack the where-with-all to answer them.

I have read, heard, discussed, etc, the conspiracy that our government planned the attacks of 911. I've watched Loose Change and all the other videos that are on the web.

I dont know what to think, just to get that straight. I am neither for or against any idea of who did it.

But, ive heard that our government and the elite class of people are going after world domination and one world government. Ive heard that this whole Iraq war is to clear a path for oil or something.

I also heard that they proved that the whole Loose Change video was proven false. But i also heard that these experts in the areas of engineering, science, and government had changed their positions on the whole thing shortly after the attacks to due goverment interference.

What are your thoughts?
